Shipping and Handling
We pride ourselves on excellent, personal customer service and will
handle your order with care and friendly attention to detail. We want
the entire shopping experience with Oregon Bridle Path to be fun and
We strive to keep a good inventory of all our products on hand. Occasionally stock may run out on popular items or those delayed from a supplier. If a product is delayed or back ordered we will notify you by email or phone of the approximate shipping date and make every effort to expedite your order.
Our goal is to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or US Postal Service parcel post. Orders received over the weekend or Holidays will ship on Monday or the next business day. Most orders will arrive in 3 to 10 days from our Oregon location. We will confirm your order via email and provide a delivery confirmation number.
For faster delivery we offer FedEx expedited shipping and USPS priority mail. Please be sure to give us a complete street address for correct delivery. We can ship to a PO box if that is what is available to you, but we can only use USPS in that case.
Also, please provide your daytime phone number and/or cell phone as well as your email so we can contact you promptly if we encounter a problem or delay with your order.
At this time, we ship only to the Continental United States.

Holiday Season Shipping
During busy Holiday months of November and December shipping times may reflect short delays due to higher traffic volume and product demand. We will publish an 'Order by this Date' chart during the Holidays to help you get your favorite products and gifts on time! We will always do our best to deliver your packages on time for your Holidays.
Many people prefer to select their own horse and pet care products. Just select our Gift Certificate option and the amount of your gift and we will send a Gift Certificate to you or whomever you specify. Our gift certificates are available for any amount over $20.00.
Additional Shipping Information
Some heavy or large items may have additional shipping charges. Please note that oversize items may be very expensive to ship via expedited methods.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your shipment contains an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service via email or Toll Free at 1-877-494-2959. We will replace damaged or defective items and ship a replacement back to you promptly with no shipping or handling fees.
Back Ordered Products
You will not be billed until your back order ships. We will keep you informed on the back order status and give you the option to substitute or cancel a back ordered product. We will ship back orders by ground shipping methods unless you request expedited shipping.
